Our Fabric Resource Process

 

As one of the nation's leading fashion companies, trusting us to quickly deliver quality products is an easy thing to do. From high quality shirts to custom hats to hoodies, we can accept any order, big or small. Here's how we do it:

Step 1:

Customer installs design. We take that design, clean it up, and look for the best way to embroider it on their shirts, hats, towels or other clothing.

Step 2:

If you place a new order for five or more pieces, we will send you a digital copy of this updated work (proof, in a nutshell) and ask you to approve it before printing. If you re-order any quantity or new order for 4 or fewer pieces, we will not send proof unless the design is particularly complicated, or request proof during checkout or email

Step 3:

We send the make-up to our embroidery team, which wears the hoops quickly and carefully and sews the label on the customer products.

Step 4:

Each piece goes through a quality assurance process, where additional fabric or stitches are cut and cleaned, and everything is inspected, and then re-checked, to ensure complete and complete accuracy.

Step 5:

We ship the order directly to the customer's door, but not before we provide the UPS tracking number and delivery date guaranteed.
